1996 McDonalds Hamburger

This is a hamburger from McDonalds that I purchased in 1996. That was 12 years ago.

Note that it looks exactly like it did the very day I bought it.

The flecks on the bun are crumbs from the bun. The burger is starting to crumble a bit. It has the oddest smell.

    I'm assuming that it has been kept in the freezer (God know's why, and for that matter, what else is in there?....) which is probably why it looks pretty good. However, if I'm wrong in my assumption, and it has been kept on the pantry shelf behind the CocoaPuffs for the last 12 years, then there are some wicked ingredients in that burger. scary

    Your so full of CRAP!!!! Where is the MOLD on the bread???????? Mold will grow in air tight packaging, let alone some cheap tupper ware. Yeah, Yeah, Yeah. Dont eat meat..blah, blah,blah. I hope you can afford a burger after Mc Donalds take your sorry butt to court!!!!! People like you give idiots a bad name!

    You know that is funny, because the wrapper has the I'm lovin' it logo on it, which was not used until after 2003 by McDonalds.

    Sounds like propoganda to me. Seems to me being health conscious for you is relatively new, since you were cruising drive-thrus in 96. Hope you don't wake up in the middle of the night with the munchies and grab your pet burger. So the second burger was "bought for the wrapper"? Men buy Playboy for the articles, too.

    There is NO WAY that hamburger is 12 years old. The specks on the burger is the seasoning McDonalds use. The bun creased is a sign that the bun is freshly toasted. This is just a chance someone has taken to bash McDonalds and their food.

    Hmmm, did they have the "I'm lovin it" logo back in 1996 (see wrapper)? I don't remember it being used back that far. Makes me suspicious...

    You might as well eat that burger, you would be lucky to eat out of one of McDonald's dumpsters once they are done with you. Freedom of speech has it's limits, I believe you are going to learn this valuable lesson very soon! Remember the lady with the chili finger "Wendy's" her kids-kids will be paying off that debt.

    Totally believable if you have seen Super Size Me. A McDonald's fish sandwich lasted for a month and the fries looked the same after 6 months at room temperature in a bell jar. I haven't eaten anything from McDonald's in over 5 years and will continue my boycott of all fastfoods as long as they keep using poisonous canola oil.
  • My God. If that is how they maintain thier stuff, I must say we all would stop going there. I am sure this must have been stored in a refrigerator and that is why it looks like that.
