Former Navy Civilian Denies Pushing Man
A former Navy civilian reiterated in Tokyo High Court on Tuesday that he did not push a Japanese man who fell and died at a bar in Yokosuka city. Robert Nolan testified that he merely let go of Katsumi Nakagawa who then took a few steps backward and fell.
