Our Stupid Puppies HD is a video I shot so I could geta feel for the iPhone 4’s HD video camera and iMovie for iOS 4. It appears that even if you use iMovie on the iPhone to export the movie to HD (720p) and then “share” said movie to YouTube that it only uploads a 360p version.

I chose to upload the HD version to Vimeo because there is apparently no way to “replace” an existing video on YouTube. I would rather have “replaced” the existing 320p version with the 720p HD version, but alas that is not possible. At least insofar as I can tell.

Anyhow, all this is kinda lame if you ask me, but I’m sure someone will come along and fix that stupidity with a nifty app.
